      ScentsGALAXY Exchange Policy:

      At Scents Galaxy, we want you to love your fragrance.

      Exchange Window: Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

      Condition: Only bottles with 95% or more liquid remaining and in their original packaging are eligible.

      Delivery Charges: Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

      Process:

      Contact our support team at [support@scentsgalaxy.com] or Whatsapp number with your order details and photos of the product. 

      Once approved, our delivery boy provide you exchange services at your door step.

      Upon verification, we’ll dispatch your replacement.

      Exchange will do with same price or high price from exchange product.

      Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt for a no-cost replacement.
